Dyneton is looking for a dedicated
Customer Service Executive
to manage and support clients using Alibaba.com services. The role focuses on client coordination, query resolution, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to Alibaba.com products and services
Provide post-sales support and assist clients with account-related issues
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and maintain strong relationships
Resolve complaints efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly
Educate clients on platform usage and basic features
Ensure renewal support and service continuity
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in customer service or client support
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of B2B platforms or digital services is an advantage
Comfortable working with targets related to service quality and renewals
