Handle and action emails from central inboxes
Answer inbound and make outbound calls with professionalism
Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures
Maintain accurate system records and update order details
Ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth dispatch of goods
Manage work schedule independently and meet deadlines
Understand and respond to customer requirements
Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
