Job Description

Apkamart is a leading e-commerce company specializing in unique home decor and handicraft products. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling all types of sales and service calls, assisting walk-in customers, and responding to inquiries via WhatsApp and other social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales and service calls in a professional and efficient manner. Assist walk-in customers by providing product information, answering queries, and offering personalized recommendations. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, prices, promotions, and delivery services. Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns or exchanges as necessary. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively. Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with other departments, such as the warehouse and logistics teams, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall customer experience and identify trends or areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of regional languages would be an added advantage. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Proficiency in using computers, including basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the company's roster. A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
