Job Summary:



The CC executive will be the face of BVC Logistics for customers and partners.



Handling customer grievances & complaints through e-mails, telephonic conversation and meetings. Follow up with clients for payments. Handling all inbound calls from the customers and resolving their queries, complaints and request. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer Resolutions for their various services and technical problems.
