Responsibilities

Manage daily cafe operations and ensure excellent customer service Oversee food and beverage preparation, quality, and presentation Hire, train, and supervise cafe staff Monitor inventory and place orders as needed to ensure stock levels Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage cash handling and financial transactions Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback Create and maintain staff schedules Coordinate special events and promotions
Qualifications

Previous experience in cafe or restaurant management Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service and food handling Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Knowledge of health and safety standards Financial acumen and budgeting experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
