About the Role
We are looking for a proactive
Customer Service Executive
to handle our client communications and reporting functions. The candidate will manage large customer accounts, ensure timely follow-ups, and prepare client reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client communication and resolve queries promptly.
Maintain and update client reports and service trackers in Excel and internal CRM tools.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance and activity reports for clients.
Coordinate internally with product and operations teams for issue resolution.
Support the creation of client content summaries, feedback reports, and presentations.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience
in customer support or client servicing (preferably handling large enterprise clients).
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel, Google Sheets, and report creation
.
Excellent written and verbal communication in
Hindi and English (mandatory)
.
Good analytical and coordination skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
