Key Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails
.- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
- Provide customers with detailed product and service information.
- Follow up with clients to ensure service satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge; proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
- Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or support roles is an advantage.
