Roles & Responsibility



Scrutinize & upload medical reports as per QC checklist.
Coordinate with diagnostic centers for follow-ups & timely dispatch.
Resolve grievances related to report errors.
Update & share Show/No-Show status with teams.
Collaborate with internal departments for smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

Graduate/Postgraduate with 1-2 years' experience (Insurance/TPA preferred).
Knowledge of Life Insurance operations & MS Office.
Strong coordination & time management skills.
Hindi proficiency.
