Customer Service Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up to ensure issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
Upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role (freshers can also apply, based on company)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage difficult situations
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
