Greet customers and understand their requirements (service enquiry, sales enquiry, others).
Record each call, complaints, issues, and service requests accurately.
For service calls explain service policies, warranty terms, and estimated costs.
Whether it's a sales enquiry or any other concerns inform the concern department about the queries
Provide updates to customers about service status, delays, or parts availability
Take approvals form customers and make sure to give timely
Call or message customers once service is completed.
Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.
Handle post-service issues or complaints politely and efficiently.
Need to handle tele marketing
