As a Customer Service Representative for our travel company, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their travel-related queries and concerns. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting positive interactions. We are also looking for : 1) Accountant and 2) Travel Agent. Requirements :- Fluency in English. (Must) Experience with US call centre preferred. Willing to work in night shift. Good communication and presentation skills. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers. Excellent incentive scheme with good salary. Qualifications: 1-5 years of sales experience. Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
