We are an established e-commerce company with 12+ years of experience, looking for a
Customer Support Executive
to handle customer interactions across multiple platforms and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via
calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Process
order tracking, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements
Resolve customer complaints politely and within TAT
Coordinate with
warehouse, logistics, and operations teams
Update customer details and interaction records in CRM
Follow up on pending customer issues until closure
Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills:
Excellent
communication skills
(English & Tamil mandatory)
Experience in
e-commerce / online retail customer support
Familiar with
order management systems, CRM tools
Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Any graduate
Prior experience in
D2C brands / online marketplaces
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
