We are looking for a

Customer Service Representative

who will be the

first point of contact

for customers. The role involves attending calls and WhatsApp enquiries, organizing customer details, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication until dispatch.

This role is

process-driven

and requires good communication and organizational skills.

Customer Handling Order Coordination Client Data Management Dispatch & Transport Coordination Internal Coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications

Good spoken Tamil (English is an added advantage) Basic computer skills (WhatsApp Business, Excel / Google Sheets) Ability to handle multiple customers calmly Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Prior experience in customer service, sales coordination, or back-office operations preferred
