Key Responsibilities

1.

Handle Air Freight Pricing & Quotations:

Prepare and provide competitive air export rates by coordinating with airlines, consolidators, and internal pricing teams.

2.

Customer Coordination & Service:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely updates, issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

3.

Export Documentation Preparation:

Accurately prepare and process all required export documents including Air Waybills (AWB), invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.

4.

Shipment Booking & Coordination:

Book cargo with airlines, coordinate with warehouses and transporters, and ensure smooth cargo movement up to airline handover.

5.

Compliance & System Updates:

Ensure all shipments comply with IATA, customs, and DG regulations, and update internal systems (TMS/ERP) with shipment data and documentation.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive ability

Basic knowledge of air export processes

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
