Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Executives

(Female candidates only )

to join our team at the

CADD Centre, Anna Nagar Branch

. The Executives will play a key role in guiding prospective enquires about various courses offered at the centre, and help them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide information about course offerings, career pathways, and course benefits to prospective students and their families. Address queries related to course structure, fees, duration, and career opportunities post-training. Guide students about the admission process and assist them with the enrollment. Handle incoming inquiries from potential students through calls, emails, and walk-ins. Follow up with leads and ensure conversion into enrollments. Maintain records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions in the system. Assist in handling registration and fee collection processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for student enrollments, counseling sessions, and admissions.

Skills & Qualifications:



Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably related to education or counseling).

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good understanding of student psychology and career guidance. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM software).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
