Job Summary:
We are looking for a fresher or experienced person from the ECE department to provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot, and maintain our products/equipment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong client handling abilities, and a valid bike license.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain products/equipment at client sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Conduct regular maintenance and upkeep of equipment
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
- Meet and greet clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and submit service reports, maintenance records, and other documentation
- Continuously update knowledge on new technologies and products
Requirements:
- B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Fresher or minimum 1 year experience in a similar service role
- Male and female candidate
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, and client handling skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
