We are looking for a customer service executive to add to our freight forwarding team. The Customer Service Executive is a highly motivated individual who is enthusiastic, patient and has working knowledge of freight forwarding.

What will you be doing₹

Be the primary point of contact for customers Actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs and drivers Maintain good relationships with overseas partners and suppliers (Shipping lines, Air lines and others involved) Quoting for freight requirements & following up on sales closure Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment by working closely with customer and internal stakeholders Track and Trace import and export files and always keep customers updated Ensure accurate costings and revenues are applied to each shipment and maintain accurate records using company's ERP Weekly reporting of activities and achievements to the sales team What are we looking for₹
Minimum qualification

Bachelor's degree 2-3 years' experience customer service in freight forwarding with end to end process knowledge in Air or Ocean Freight Passion for customer relations and strong customer focus Enthusiastic, result oriented and well structured MS Office proficient

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
