Roles & Responsibilities



1. Attend Calls Professionally to provide information about our Project and services.

2. Maintain inbound and outbound calls data and explaining our various project details and follow ups.

3. Listen and respond to customers queries, needs and concerns.

4. Constantly manage/update customer related information, tracking of actions follow up etc.

Skills:



1. 2+ Years of experience in the same field

2. Should be able to grasp the new aspects quick

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
