Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally
Understand patient concerns and identify the appropriate doctor or department
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately in the system
Provide clear information about doctor availability, consultation timings, and clinic locations
Collect and verify patient details such as name, contact information, and reason for visit
Ensure appointments are booked according to medical priority and clinic protocols
Confirm appointments with patients and share necessary instructions (documents, arrival time, etc.)
Handle patient inquiries with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front-desk staff for smooth appointment management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the system
Escalate urgent or complex cases to the appropriate medical or administrative team
Follow healthcare compliance, data privacy, and confidentiality guidelines (e.g., patient information security)
Meet call handling, scheduling accuracy, and patient satisfaction targets
