Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries for flight, train, and bus ticketing.
Manage inbound & outbound calls professionally.
Provide information on fare rules, schedules, seat availability, and travel-related queries.
Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when required.
Maintain service-level standards for accuracy, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Deliver after-sales support and follow up with customers.
Requirements:
Graduate (Travel & Tourism preferred)
1-2 years of customer service/ticketing experience
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of fare calculations, refunds & reissues
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
