Dyneton is looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Service Executive
to support our Alibaba.com clients. The role involves assisting customers with platform-related queries, resolving issues, guiding them with product posting, account navigation, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist Alibaba.com clients.
Resolve customer queries related to product posting, account setup, and platform usage.
Provide guidance and training to clients on using Alibaba.com features effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and quick issue resolution.
Share daily updates and feedback with the team lead/manager.
Support clients during onboarding and after-sales process.
Skills & Requirements:
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Gmail, internet handling).
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
