As a
Customer Service Executive
, you will handle customer inquiries related to hotel bookings, assist with modifications, cancellations, and refunds, and ensure an excellent service experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns related to hotel reservations
Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and refund requests
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and service issues
Stay updated with Hopper's hotel booking policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Education:
HSC or above (Graduates preferred)
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
Basic computer proficiency and ability to work in a US night shift
