Role

: Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

:

Respond to client inquiries promptly via calls, emails, and chats. Provide guidance and support for Alibaba.com services and account management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Resolve client issues efficiently and escalate when necessary. Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills

:

Any graduate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle client queries patiently and professionally. Prior experience in customer service, B2B, or call center support is an advantage. Comfortable using computers and basic software tools.
