Handle inbound and outbound calls related to hotel bookings, reservations, cancellations, and modifications & Upsellings
Provide excellent service by assisting customers with booking queries, availability checks, and payment support.
Suggest upselling options and provide travel-related assistance.
Ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
HSC / Graduate (minimum 1 year of BPO Voice Process experience mandatory).
Strong communication skills in English.
Prior experience in travel, hotel bookings, or reservations process preferred.
Comfortable working in
US Night Shifts (Rotational)

Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets.
