Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in
Telugu language
.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries in a professional manner.
Maintain call records, update CRM systems, and follow up on pending requests.
Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction and service quality
.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior support or relevant departments.
Meet daily/weekly call handling and quality targets.
Requirements
Fluent in Telugu
(spoken and written).
Good communication in
English
is an added advantage.
Graduate
in any stream.
Prior
customer service / call center / BPO experience
preferred, but
freshers can also apply
.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in
rotational shifts
if required.
