Customer Service Executives (Tele-Callers)

Responsibilities:

Engage with channel partners in the real estate ecosystem to generate qualified leads. Conduct cold calling to identify and convert potential leads into sales opportunities. Maintain high tele-calling quality standards and optimize call scripts. Stay updated on market trends in interior design & real estate. Achieve performance targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversions. Deliver excellent customer interactions with a consultative approach.

Requirements:

1-6 years of experience in Customer Service / Tele-calling / Sales. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Positive, self-motivated, and goal-driven. Comfortable working 6 days a week (Monday/Tuesday week off). Graduation required.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per month
