Customer Service Executives

who are fluent in

either Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada

along with

English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Document all customer interactions properly. Escalate issues to the relevant departments when required.

Required Skills:



Must speak

any one of: Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada

, and also

both English & Hindi

fluently. Graduation Mandatory. Both Freshers & Experienced can apply. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work in a team environment.

Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?33,256.48 per month
