Key Responsibilities
Initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective customers to promote products and generate sales.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company information.
Handle customer complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Coordinate and follow up with brands regarding customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues.
Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage customer queries in a polite, confident, and efficient manner.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems.
