We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive - Sea Import to join our growing team in Vashi. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding, particularly in handling sea import operations and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end coordination for sea import shipments.
Act as a single point of contact for customers, ensuring timely updates and query resolution.
Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, CHA, and internal departments for smooth cargo movement.
Prepare and verify import documentation including DOs, invoices, checklists, and other related paperwork.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with shipment and customer details.
Resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, or document mismatches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing proactive and effective service.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Logistics / International Trade or related field.
Familiarity with Indian customs procedures and port documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
