Handle customer calls, emails, and messages professionally
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and execution
Data management, operations work, cheque billing, telecalling, office management
Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely manner
Provide product and order-related information to customers
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities
Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Qualification
Graduate / MBA preferred
