Job Description

- Customer Service Executive



Key Responsibilities:



Handle

customer inquiries, complaints, and requests

via phone, email, or in person in a professional manner. Provide accurate information about

company products and services

to customers. Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure

customer satisfaction

. Maintain and update

customer records

and interaction details in the system. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, dispatch) to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and collect feedback. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards. Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the concerned department or supervisor. Support billing, order status, and basic documentation-related queries, if required.

Required Skills:



Good

communication and interpersonal skills

. Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM systems). Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Eligibility:



Graduate preferred (only

completed graduates

, not pursuing candidates). Freshers / experienced candidates can apply.

Salary Range:

?10,000 - ?12,000 per month (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
