The Customer Executive will provide essential administrative and customer support to the team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage and organize office files and records.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Assist with data entry and report generation.
Team Support:
Provide administrative support to the team, such as scheduling meetings, booking travel, and preparing presentations.
Assist with project coordination and tracking.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
