Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work in an agile mode, responding to customers online
- Act as a customer fashion advisor, without practising push-sales
- Form a rapport with the customers, resulting in brand loyalty
- Excellent listening skills. Also, an ability to converse fluently in English, Marathi, Hindi
- Readiness to work 6 days a week
- Work with a lot of ownership and passion
- 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, in fashion or related brands
- Day shift
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
