Job Description


Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Knowledge on telecom products/services like Wireless, IP services & Fixed etc
  • Responsible for Delivery of services across SDWAN/IP data/Voice and transmission for domestic and international enterprise customers
  • In-depth understanding of telecom standards & protocols
  • Experience in end-to-end service design tasks in Customer, Core and Access network design
  • Validating customer order requitement
  • Order Raising in fulfillment systems and customer engagement
  • Progress orders as per agreed SLA\'s
  • Conduct a kick- /Handover meeting with PM & all relevant stakeholder team.
  • Customer circuit planning and design activity
  • Raising Purchase order for last mile supplier and equipment providers
  • End to end service design for customer
  • Exposure to International client facing functions
  • Good in both Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Good in Basics of IP and Transmission
  • Good In MS-Office
  • Excellent math, organization, and time management skills
  • Customer service experience with superior phone skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, performance based environment
  • Coordinate between multiple teams (Suppliers, Vendors, Internal Teams)
  • Organize calls with all stakeholders
  • Sign-off tasks on time in the workflow tool
  • Send Comms to Customer and Project Teams
  • Tracking orders on daily basis
  • Update systems with latest update regularly
  • Deliver service as per the agreed date with the Customer.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Graduate Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunications)
  • CCNA preferred
  • 0-3 Years of experience in telecom service delivery across Wireless and Fixed domain
  • Good understanding of telecom standards & protocols - Telecom Testing (VOIP), RF Installation and Testing Knowledge
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and good knowledge in documentations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate with internal and external customers
  • Decision-making skills and taking the right approach logically
  • A good team player & good Customer experience /satisfaction.
