Deol Car & Truck Rentals, an Australia-based company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations & Customer Service Executive
to join our on-site team. This dual-role is ideal for professionals with a background in
BPO, customer service, or operations
, who can manage backend workflows and front-end customer communication with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily backend operations including vehicle bookings, vendor coordination, and fleet management
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for customer support, bookings, and inquiries
Maintain accurate records of inventory, vendor contacts, and service schedules
Assist customers with reservations, pricing, availability, and follow-ups
Create and manage invoices, inventory logs, and parts ordering
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery and problem resolution
Prepare daily reports and assist in maintaining operational trackers
Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling escalated queries
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, BPO, logistics, or customer service
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory)
Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
