Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Manage customer database (CRM software) to track inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
Handle inbound & outbound calls for service reminders, feedback, and promotions.
Coordinate between the operations team and customers for service updates and delivery schedules.
Develop personalized engagement strategies to convert leads into repeat customers.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve services and operations.
Assist in creating loyalty programs, campaigns, and after-service care communication.
Maintain service quality standards by ensuring consistent customer experience.
Assist other teams with Data entry tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in US/Canada transportation or logistics Industry (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
