Customer Relationship Executives - Digital Sales

to join our high-energy Contact Centre team in Mumbai. The role involves handling customer queries, driving digital insurance sales, and ensuring excellent customer engagement through voice interactions.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with potential customers over calls to explain

insurance products and services

. Drive

digital sales

by converting leads into successful policy issuance. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Ensure superior

customer experience

by answering queries clearly. Demonstrate strong knowledge of

sales skills and customer relationship management

. Participate in

mock calls

and operational training for sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills Required



Education:

Graduate (Full-time/Part-time).

Experience:

0-2+ years (Freshers welcome). Excellent communication in

English & Hindi

. Sales-oriented mindset with

persuasive communication skills

. Knowledge of

customer service and quality parameters

. Ability to confidently explain "What skills are required for sales" during interview.

Work Environment



Working Days:

5 days a week.

Week Off:

2 days (rotational).

Shift Timings:

Fixed shift, 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM.

Process:

Voice-only (No transport provided).

Salary & Benefits



Fresher CTC:

?1.75 LPA (Approx. ?12,500 in-hand/month).

Experienced CTC (0-2+ years):

Up to ?2.50 LPA (Approx. ?18,000 in-hand/month).
