Chat & Call-based International Travel Sales Process

.

No prior travel experience required --

training will be provided

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

international customers

via chat and call process. Assist clients with

flight booking, rescheduling, cancellations, fare queries

etc. Provide accurate travel information and suggest the best available fares. Convert customer inquiries into

confirmed sales

. Maintain high-quality communication and customer satisfaction. Achieve daily & monthly sales targets. Maintain records of interactions using internal CRM tools.

Requirements:

Freshers are welcome

- no experience needed. Excellent

English communication skills

(spoken & written). Comfortable with

night shift

for US/International customers. Basic computer knowledge & fast typing speed. Strong customer-handling & problem-solving skills. Ability to learn quickly and work under target-based environment. Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
