Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via WhatsApp, email, or chat.
Explain services, identify customer needs, and guide them through documentation requirements.
Convert leads into successful cases and achieve sales targets.
Upsell relevant add-ons and maintain a high customer satisfaction ratio.
Update internal CRM databases with case details, follow-ups, and resolutions.
Monitor and address customer feedback, complaints, or escalations.
Coordinate with doctors, operations, and QA teams for smooth case closures.
Requirements and skills
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Familiarity with our industry is a plus
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Understanding of how CRM and design systems work
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities on chat and email
Patience when handling tough cases
Working laptop, internet connection and power backupProficiency in written English is mandatory
Contributing for a 9 hours productive shift (We work in one shift from 12pm - 10:00 pm) with one rotational weekly off
