Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Night Shift (Male Candidates Only)
We are looking for Customer Service Executives to handle customer queries, support user accounts, and provide resolution through calls.
Location: Marwah Centre, Andheri East, Mumbai
Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
Gender: Male Candidates Only
Salary: ?25,000 - ?35,000 (based on experience)
Joining Bonus: ?5,000
Night Shift Allowance: ?100 per day
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience (voice process preferred)
Recent night shift experience is mandatory
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
Good understanding of call handling etiquettes
Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound customer care calls
Resolve queries related to profiles, memberships, payments, and account issues
Provide clear, accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain call quality, documentation, and follow-up procedures
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or technical support
