Job Description


  • Manage and resolve variety of customer requests
  • Respond to email tickets, online chat or phone calls to help resolve customer issues
  • Educate customer about product features and assist in troubleshooting the issue related to it
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and provide feedbacks and inputs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and present trends to internal stakeholders
  • Out call Customers for resolution and close looping of email & chat
Desire Candidate
  • Graduate with excellent fluency in English and Hindi, Additional language skills would be a plus
  • Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of experience in Customer Support
  • Knowledge of Customer Support tools, ORM and chat tools
  • Comfortable to work in dynamic environment
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:
