Roles and Responsibilities:



Manage Travel Operations, Including Hotel Bookings, Flight Tickets, and Itinerary Planning. Coordinate With Clients To Understand Their Requirements and Preferences for Holiday Packages or Tour Packages. Process Visa Applications and Provide Guidance on Documentation Procedures. Handle Customer Inquiries Via Phone Calls, Emails, or In-Person Interactions. Maintain Accurate Records of Transactions and Updates in The System. Computer literacy :- Basic Knowledge of MS-Office , Word , Excel
