Greetings from HRS! We are hiring for the position of Customer Service Executive @Vashi Location. Company: Is into domestic and international logistics and freight forwarding. Job Role:

  • Taking freights from liners.
  • Place Bookings, Booking amendment , revalidate.
  • Checking container pick-up status. Follow-up entire shipment till BL release.
  • SI submission.
  • BL Releasing.
  • VGM & Form13 submission on ODEX.
  • Follow up for checklists of export and import from CHA
  • Sending on board confirmation
  • For air shipment co-ordination with liner and CHA
  • Tracking cargo moving from factory and arriving at CFS
  • Provide vehicle details to CHA
  • Up-to date reporting to clients with the cargo status pertaining to various shipments
Requirement:
  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 06 Months to 4 Years
  • Good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding industry.
