Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound voice, emails and chat interactions with professionalism.
Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of all customer communications.
Strive to achieve high Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).
Compensation
Salary: Rs 15,000 - Rs 30,000 (based on experience and interview performance).
Selection Criteria
Good typing speed.
Strong fluency in English (spoken & written).
Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule
5 days a week. Day shift - Rotational Week Off Window Shift 9:30am to 9:30pm
Freshers can apply with Strong English Communication OR Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process / Inbound / Blended Process
Experience in BPO / Call Center or customer service is a plus
