One of our Esteemed Client Company is Providing Fintech NBFC platform for Distribution Finance and ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ solutions for SMEs, delivered in partnership with corporate and B2B e-Commerce platforms. Position-Customer Service Executive Experience-1 - 3Years Location –Lower Parel,Mumbai Salary-As Per industry Norms Responsibilities –

  • Able to required call outbound Customers.
  • Must be able to Generate Leads interested in Loans
  • Explaining about Loan process to customers And Collection of Documents.
  • Processing of Loan Forms.
  • Coordinate for Feedback and interaction with customers on His/Her Loan status.
Requirements –
  • Must need Good Communication Skill.
  • Must have Experience in Banking Domain.
  • At least have 1 yr Experience in Call handling.
