Role Overview:
As a
Customer Service Executive
, you will play a key role in supporting U.S.-based businesses by handling customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats. Your role is to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls, emails and chat from the U.S. professionally and promptly.
Provide accurate information about businesses and services.
Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and modifications.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns.
Stay updated on company policies, services, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Requirements:
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably handling U.S.-based customers.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Comfortable handling high call volumes with professionalism and patience.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call management systems.
Ability to work flexible shifts to cover U.S. time zones.
Knowledge of transportation or logistics industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service (preferred but

mandatory)
Passion for travel and helping others plan great trips
Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Compensation and Benefits:
