Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Log customer interactions and maintain records in CRM systems
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher support levels
Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude
Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, billing) when required
Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues
