Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project-related queries, updates, and concerns
Handle customer complaints, service requests, and feedback professionally and within defined timelines
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and vendors to resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
Communicate project updates, timelines, handover schedules, and documentation requirements to customers
Assist customers during unit handover, snag list preparation, and defect liability period (DLP)
Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction after issue resolution
Support billing, documentation, and agreement-related customer queries in coordination with accounts/legal teams
Ensure compliance with company service standards and policies
Prepare periodic customer service reports and MIS for management review
