Job Opening Customer Service (USA Shift)Position

International Sales Executive / Customer Service Executive

Sunday - Fixed Off

Key Responsibilities

Handle

international (USA) inbound & outbound calls

Communicate professionally with

overseas clients

via calls, emails, and follow-ups Manage

international sales and customer service operations

Handle

B2B & B2C calling

for lead generation and business development Generate and manage leads through

online portals

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure

high customer satisfaction

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Service - Mandatory / International Sales

Hands-on experience in international calling is compulsory

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) - Mandatory

Experience in handling

overseas / international clients

Graduation

not mandatory, 12TH Pass can also apply

Salary & Benefits

4.20 LPA - 6.00 LPA + Incentives Traveling allowance applicable if distance is

within 10 km
