We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries, orders, and complaints while ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires clear communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach.

Experience: 1-3 years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person
Take and process orders accurately
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
Maintain customer records and feedback
Coordinate with operations and delivery teams
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi; local language preferred)
Customer-focused and polite demeanor
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
